This includes both registered users and carriers who interact with public load postings. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:
1.1 Information You Provide Directly

- Payment Information: When you subscribe to our Services, our third-party payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment card details and other necessary billing information. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
- User Content: We collect any personal data you submit or upload to the Service, including carrier data, sales records, load postings, bid information, and any other content you create or provide ("Your Content").
- Communications: We collect information when you contact us directly, such as through customer support inquiries, feedback submissions, or email correspondence.
- Business Information: Information about your freight brokerage operations or carrier business, including but not limited to carrier relationships, sales data, operational metrics, and bidding history.
- Carrier Information: For carriers who interact with public load postings, we collect information necessary to facilitate the bidding process, such as contact information, bid details, and carrier credentials.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Services, such as the features you use, the pages you visit, the time and date of your access, and your operational activities.
- Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Services, including the device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, and IP address.
- Log Data: Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, and search terms.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your activity, browser, and device. See Section 4 ("Cookies and Similar Technologies") for more details.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Stripe: We receive information from Stripe related to your payment transactions, such as transaction IDs, payment status, and limited payment card information (e.g., the last four digits of your card number).
- Subprocessors: We may receive information from our subprocessors, as detailed in our Subprocessors List. This information is used to provide and improve the Services.
- Other third-party services: We may also receive information about users from third-party services; this information is used to provide and improve the Services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:
- To Provide and Maintain the Services: We use your information to operate, maintain, and provide you with the features and functionality of the Services, including carrier sales optimization tools and the public load posting and bidding system.
- To Process Payments: We use Stripe to process your subscription payments.
- To Facilitate Load Matching: We use carrier and load information to facilitate the matching of carriers with available loads through our bidding system.
- To Improve the Services: We use your information to understand how users interact with the Services, identify areas for improvement, develop new features, and enhance the overall user experience. This includes using anonymized and aggregated data to train and improve our AI models.
- To Communicate with You: We use your information to send you service-related communications, such as account updates, security alerts, bid notifications, and customer support responses. We may also send you promotional emails about new features or offerings, but you can opt out of these communications.
- To Personalize Your Experience: We use your information to tailor the Services to your brokerage's operational needs and preferences.
- To Enforce Our Terms: We use your information to enforce our Terms of Service and other policies, investigate potential violations, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Foreigh and our users.
- For Legal Compliance: We may use your information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties if you have given us your explicit consent to do so.
- With Service Providers and Subprocessors: We share information with third-party service providers and subprocessors who assist us in providing the Services, such as payment processors (Stripe), hosting providers, analytics providers, and customer support tools.
